Refund Policy

Group Classes (No Refund)

• All fees paid for group classes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Missed classes due to personal, medical, or professional reasons

• This policy applies before and after batch commencement.

Once enrollment is confirmed, the seat is reserved and cannot be reassigned.

Private / One-to-One Classes (Limited Refund)

Before the first class

• Full refund will be provided after deducting:

  • Cost of books (if procured or dispatched)

  • Courier / shipping charges (if applicable)

After commencement of classes

• If the student withdraws within 10 calendar days or after 2 completed sessions (whichever occurs first):

  • Refund will be processed after deducting:

    • ₹1500 administrative fee

    • Fees for sessions already conducted

    • Cost of books and courier charges (if applicable)

• No refund will be issued after this period under any circumstances.
  
  

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

• Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method

• Physical textbooks and study material

• Courier / shipping charges

• Administrative or registration fees (if any)

By enrolling and making payment, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy. No exceptions will be made.
