All fees paid for group classes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Schedule conflicts
Missed classes due to personal, medical, or professional reasons
This policy applies before and after batch commencement.
Once enrollment is confirmed, the seat is reserved and cannot be reassigned.
Before the first class
Full refund will be provided after deducting:
Cost of books (if procured or dispatched)
Courier / shipping charges (if applicable)
After commencement of classes
If the student withdraws within 10 calendar days or after 2 completed sessions (whichever occurs first):
Refund will be processed after deducting:
₹1500 administrative fee
Fees for sessions already conducted
Cost of books and courier charges (if applicable)
No refund will be issued after this period under any circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method
Physical textbooks and study material
Courier / shipping charges
Administrative or registration fees (if any)
By enrolling and making payment, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy. No exceptions will be made.
